Schoolnest

"Schoolnest" is an Erasmus+ KA122 project, with code 2023-1-EL01-KA122-SCH-000146411, created by the teachers of Nipiagogio Avlonariou. The purpose of the project was to change the mindset of the school community. This change involved the acceptance of diversity (open school), the involvement of the members in all stages of the implementation of the innovation, the readiness to deal with situations and difficulties that may arise (crisis response plan, flexibility), but also the courage to adopt the new proposal in the school system. As a consequence, it was necessary to train the educational staff to acquire new knowledge and cultivate skills that would help kindergarten teachers to renew their pedagogical practices. In this way, they were able to provide equal opportunities to all students and approach their families more efficiently, enabling them to actively participate in school activities.
