UTA Science and Engineering Library
Located in the Nedderman Hall Basement. It has several science textbooks and study areas.
The Biology Scholars Program at UTA provides high‑achieving undergraduate students with research‑centered educational experience that prepares them for medical school, graduate school, and other professional programs. You take general biology courses with a research focus.

There are not necessarily medical research labs at UTA, but many do engage in research that is relevant to medical students.Â
Several labs in different departments including Biology, Chemistry, Math, Physics, Psychology, etc. do research that you may like. Most of the time you can just email a professor and ask to join their lab. Please check out the UTA Research Labs Spreadsheet  for a list of all science labs at UTA.
Additionally, consider looking at the College of Nursing and Health Innovation Labs. Several labs do research that may interest you too. https://www.uta.edu/academics/schools-colleges/conhi/research/labs
Training program for students with a bachelor's degree in science (4+1) or students currently enrolled in a medical laboratory science or medical technology degree program (3+1).
