Narnia: Bearded Dragon

This sweet Bearded Dragon was discovered during an apartment clean-out—hidden away in a closet, wrapped in a blanket, and without a proper habitat. 💔
Despite everything, he amazed us by arriving in excellent health.

Once he was safely warmed up and placed into a proper enclosure, his personality blossomed. Now he’s thriving: basking happily, munching his greens, and chasing down bugs with enthusiasm. 🦎🥬🐛

Don’t let the picture fool you… Aegon is a big boy with an even bigger heart! This handsome 6-year-old bearded dragon may be considered a senior, but he’s full of energy, curiosity, and that classic beardie spunk.

He was brought to us with tears and love by his owner, who is military and being relocated to Korea. Lefty got his name for the most adorable reason — his tail permanently curves to the left! Whether it was an old injury long before he came to us or the result of living in an aquarium that was way too small for his full length, we aren’t sure. But what we do know is this:
