Steve Brown has worked in mainstream and specialist settings in the UK and Australia.

He specialises in SEND and has worked in outreach services for Autism and SEMH. He was the Care & Control Co-ordinator for Birmingham City Council for 4 years and worked as an adviser for their  Autism Team for 9 years prior to that.

He has worked from pre-school (degree specialism) to post 16 and also been very successful in supporting parents and families. 

He has been a Team Teach Tutor for over 20 years and also writes and delivers training on a range of subjects.

He is currently in high demand due to his skills and experience in supporting specialist and mainstream settings across Birmingham and surrounding areas.

Andrea Moore has worked in Birmingham Schools across the city for over 30 years.

She specialises in SEND and has an interest in language difficulties, Tic Disorders, SpLD (Dyslexia) and autism. She has worked in outreach for over 20 years. The work included parent groups, assessing students and advising as well as writing and delivering training in a range of subjects. Recently she has been supporting schools with SEN Coordination in Birmingham, Worcestershire and Dudley.

She has recently worked as an Interim SENDCo, as well as continuing to offer support to SENDCo's on their strategic role and of course working with staff, pupils and parents.

Michelle Bentley, SEMH Advisor.

Michelle has worked in education for over 20 years; since 2001 she has held a variety of roles supporting Children in Care via Birmingham Virtual School (previously Looked After Children Education Service). She was an Education Advisor at the latter end of her career with Virtual School.

Throughout her education career she has supported children, from Early Years to Post 16, in academic progress and social & emotional development, as well as supporting staff to understand the SEMH needs of the children they are teaching. She has delivered training to school staff in de-escalation strategies, Emotion Coaching and Attachment Awareness.

Over the last 10 years she has also delivered training and offered support with  Pupil Premium Plus, Children Placed for Adoption and Post-LAC children.

Michelle is currently offering 1:1 sessions for pupils with academic, SEN and SEMH needs, as well as support sessions for school staff to assist in further understanding the SEMH needs of their pupils.

Alison Tatem has worked in Birmingham Schools across the city with an Autism Outreach Team.

She specialises in Early Years SEND and Tic Disorders. She has worked in an outreach role for over 18 years. 

She leads and assists with Team-Teach Training and de-escalation/personal safety for LTS. She also offers outreach support to schools.

Amy Fowler has worked in mainstream, special and residential schools across Birmingham and Worcestershire. She has worked across the age ranges from Nursery to Secondary and has also worked as an autism specialist outreach teacher throughout Birmingham. She has worked with parents and schools training, coaching and supporting staff and children. 

Amy specialises in autism and sensory differences and is a qualified International Course Leader for Sherborne Developmental Movement. She is now studying Retained Primitive Reflexes.
