Ica is a nursing student at the Health Polytechnic of the Department of Health in a major Indonesian city. She is a straightforward and hardworking young woman who follows her lecturers' directions and has a typical student life.
Ica begins her practical nursing practice in one of the local hospitals, and her daily routine is altered. The early morning routines and report workload put a strain on her, making her question her ability to cope.
Ica's mind becomes a battlefield of self-doubt. When she attempts to deal with her reports, thoughts like "I can't do this," "I'll fail this time," and "I'm not able " stay with her. She continues to postpone her projects, using weariness as an excuse.
Days go by, and Ica's laziness continues. She convinces herself, "I'll do it later, tomorrow, or another time." Suddenly, the last week of her clinical work arrives, and her colleagues are busy completing reports. Ica finds she didn't finish her duties on time.
The reality of her current situation hits in quickly. Ica's mind is chaotic, her body is tired, and all she can think about is failure. She really regrets wasting time and is embarrassed to talk with her peers, who have done their assignment on time.
By the end of her job, Ica still hadn't completed all of her reports. In the end, she regrets the time she wasted, learning the importance of responding quickly on her tasks and not underestimating any assignment.
