Stage 1: Building the Context

Objective: Introduce students to narrative texts and build background knowledge.

1. Teacher Explain the learning objectives.

2. Teacher direct students to do the diagnostic test.

3. Teacher Start a class by discuss with students about what narrative texts are. Ask students to share their favorite stories and discuss common elements such as characters, plot, setting, conflict, and resolution.

Stage 2: Modeling and Deconstructing the Text

Objective: Analyze the structure and features of narrative texts.

4. Teacher asks students to choose a narrative text and analyze it. Identify the text structure and highlight specific language features used in narratives, such as past tense verbs, descriptive language, and dialogue. 

Stage 3: Joint Construction of the Text

Objective: Collaboratively construct a narrative text.

5. Teacher asks students make small groups, have students brainstorm ideas for a narrative story in the themed of corruption. Guide them to outline the structure and work together in the narrative texts. 

6. Asks students to present their text in front of class; other students provide feedback for the presenting group. Guide the discussion.

Stage 4: Independent Construction of the Text

Objective: Independently write a narrative text.

7. Teacher asks students individually brainstorm and write their own narrative texts in the themed of corruption.

Stage 5: Evaluation

Objective: Reflect and evaluate today's lesson.

8. Teacher asks students to do the evaluation assessment.
