One address handles all of it — reporting a profile, message, post or photo; account help; appealing a suspension; and privacy, data access or deletion requests. Please say which of those it is in the subject line.

Reporting from inside the app is faster where you can, because the report arrives with the account and the content already identified: ⋮ → Report on any profile, chat, post or photo.

We publish a single working address rather than a set of departmental ones. An address that looks official and bounces is worse than none — particularly the child safety contact, which Google and law enforcement are expected to be able to reach.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from inside the app: Biodata → Delete account. This removes your profile, photographs, posts, matches, and messages. Reports filed about an account are kept as a safety record, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Response times

Child safety reports are reviewed as a priority, ahead of the ordinary moderation queue. For everything else we aim to reply within 2 working days.
