CYP Policy and Training

Step 2

Take the Sardis CYPP training quiz and complete the Child and Youth Protection Policy Covenant.

These are combined as one online form here. 

Step 3

After completing the CYPP training quiz and covenant, you will receive an email from Leigh Anne Duncan, Director of Operations, with a link to submit to a background check. All adults who work with children and youth are required to submit to a background check.
