Provide a Meal for our Youth Group!
Thank you for helping provide dinner for our youth group! This year, instead of asking one family to provide everything for a sunday night dinner, we’re trying a potluck-style meal this year. If everyone chips in to lend a hand, this will be a breeze!
Here’s how it works:
Main Dishes: Please bring enough for about 10–15 people.
Ideas: baked pasta, casseroles, tacos, BBQ, pizza, chicken tenders, meatballs, etc.
Sides: Please bring enough for about 10–15 people.
Ideas: salad, fruit, mac & cheese, rolls, roasted veggies, chips & dip, etc.
Desserts: Please bring enough for about 10–15 people.
Ideas: cookies, brownies, rice krispie treats, cupcakes, etc.
Important Details:
Each week we have about 30 youth + 5ish advisors.
Sardis can reimburse up to $50 per volunteer. Please bring your receipt with your dish if you’d like a reimbursement.
Sardis is a nut-free campus — please do not include peanuts, tree nuts, or nut oils in your dish.
Please bring your dish at 5:45 PM to the Dining Room in the Education Hall so we can set up dinner.
Label any dishware or utensils with your name so we can return them to you after cleanup.
If you have any questions, reach out to Youth Director Genie Richards at Genie.Richards@Sardis.org. If you want to sign up but don't know what to bring, don't hesitate to reach out! I'd be happy to share some recommendations.
Thank you for helping provide dinner for our youth group! We truly could NOT do this without you. Breaking bread together is one of the most mission-critical aspects of youth group! We are so grateful for your help!
