Following the first contact, an inspection takes place at your home, or at your chosen venue for the event, to discuss the details.

Should the equipment be unsuitable, or insufficient to carry out the menu and the service, we will find what is necessary. 

As for the menu, you can rely directly on our experience, or we can choose all the dishes together.

The dishes you choose will be composed of selected ingredients of high quality and processed with wisdom and professionalism, capable of leaving a pleasant and memorable memory. 

The Chef, if necessary, will be accompanied by a support team: assistant cooks, waiters and dishwashers, etc.; in variable numbers depending on the type of service and the number of guests.

Upon request, courses may be accompanied by a tasting of carefully selected wines of the highest quality. 

Also on request, the serving areas can be decorated with floral and ornamental decorations. 

As agreed, the Chef may personally present the courses on the table during the service, or leave you free to be with your guests and enjoy the evening.

At the end of the event, the Chef and support staff will tidy up all the rooms used for the occasion, restoring them to their pre-arrival state.
