The major project for this course was to design an evaluation for a program of your choice. I chose to complete an evaluation on a new initiative I began this year. I completed my assignment on a Safe Space initiative. Below is the link to the page with the design.

I like how this course allowed me the opportunity to apply my learning directly to something that was relevant and current in my practice. The Safe Space initiative was actually a program I implemented this year at my school, and coincidentally this course gave me the tools and means to explore, and evaluate the program in a way that was meaningful and allowed for growth and understanding. Creating the website and being able to do some sampling of those participating gave me great feedback and ideas on how to move forward and make the program more meaningful for all involved. It was a very interesting course and one that provided a lot of views into many different programs being explored.
