अयं निजः परो वेति गणना लघुचेतसाम्।

उदारचरितानां तु वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम् ॥७॥

अन्वयः-

अयम् निजः परः वा इति गणना लघुचेतसाम्  उदारचरितानाम् तु वसुधा एव कुटुम्बकम् ।

अनुवादः-

This [is] of my own party, or (is) a stranger/an adversary; (such) is the thinking of the small-minded [people). But as regards the persons of generous behavior, the earth itself (is) a small family.
