Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry (LC-MSMS): Analysis for low to high molecular weights and high polarity organic compounds

Optical Spectroscopy Systems for ultraviolet, visible, infrared, and fluorescence: Analysis for the electronic and vibrational states of various organic  and inorganic matters

Fluorescence & Polarizing microscopes: Analysis for various organic  and inorganic matters and thin sections

Shutter Box: For making powders

Ultrasonicate Tumber: For organic-lean samples

Fume hood: For safety during various chemical procedures

Yamaguchi University has a full range of shared facilities, and analysis using instruments other than those listed here is also possible.
