Delivery services:

If getting your groceries done every week beings to take a toll on you, there are services available to help:

  • Click here for a list of the Edmonton Grocery Delivery Directory
  • Many of the larger stores now offer Click & Collect, where you order your groceries online and can pick them up without having to go into the store. See if your preferred store offers this, or if there is one in your area.
  • Some stores may also provide a delivery service. Look them up online or ask the customer service desk next time you're in.


Transit:

The Edmonton Transit Service has special services for seniors. Click here for the variety of services offered by ETS.

Driving assessments

There are resources available to test your driving skills to ensure they're as good as you expect them to be as you age. Take action and learn how to adjust your skill; ensure you remain independent and able to drive comfortably for as long as possible.
