• Money, stubs, and unsold tickets to be placed in the white envelope provided.

• Return the envelope through the letterbox by the school office.

BY BANK TRANSFER

• Write your name, phone number and email address on each stub you are purchasing.

• Transfer the money to: Sacred Heart Primary School Association, Sort Code: 20-95-61, Account: 30790206. 

• Return the purchased stubs and unsold tickets in the white envelope provided.

• Write “bank transfer payment” and the payment date on the envelope.

• Return the envelope through the letterbox by the school office.
