NeuroNav Families – Guiding Local Families Through Neurodiversity
Platinum sponsor of the Sacred Heart PTFA
Because every family deserves a map for the journey ahead
Practical guidance and emotional support for families with – or waiting for – a neurodiversity diagnosis.
About NeuroNav Families
NeuroNav Families is a local support service founded by Dr Aarthi Sinha, a GP specialising in neurodiverse inclusive healthcare, parent of an autistic daughter, and trustee of the Resources for Autism charity.
Based in Whetstone, we help families across Barnet and North London navigate the often-confusing world of assessments, schooling, and everyday life with a neurodiverse child.
What We Offer
Schooling guidance – understanding placement options and Education, Health & Care Plans (EHCPs).
Therapy advice – when to consider speech & language or occupational therapy.
Daily life strategies – support for sleep, eating, and routines that work at home.
Parent & carer wellbeing – tools to reduce stress and prevent burnout.
Please note: NeuroNav Families is not a diagnostic or prescribing service.
We bridge the gaps between clinic appointments and daily life.
Our Mission
To empower parents and carers to feel confident, informed, and supported—because a diagnosis is only the beginning, and family life matters most.
