Reporting can be done in many different ways depending on the action and extent of the assalut and/or harassment. However, choosing to report it is a very brave thing to do and I commend everyone who does it. If someone chooses not to report it, that is also a valid choice. Anyone who has gone through these traumas is unique and their actions and choices in choosing to report it or not is valid. No one should be judged.
In the following subpages, how to report these actions is described.
In schools, a student can report directly or annymously through a teacher. The student can report this vocally, written, on paper, or online. However, after the student has made this report, it is in the schools hands to comfront and correct this issue. Where to make the report can depend from school to school. It can be done in a classroom, medical/health clinic, or to/if the school has security guards. If you are unsure, you can ask school staff for more information.
