How to Report Sexual Harassment

How to Report Sexual Harassment

How do I report sexual harassment?

Since sexual harassment that is not inside of a school tends to happen in a work place, here is how to report it.

A victim of sexual harassment has the option to make a formal complaint to their employer without judgment or retaliation. If the employer does not correct this situation, then the next step is reporting the harassment to a government agency to file a complaint.

Every person who has been sexually harassed at work has rights that are along the lines of:

  • Reporting it to HR or your boss

  • Reporting to a government agency

  • Suing your employer

  • Testifying or being a witness in court

  • Doing nothing

  • And more
