If you or someone you know, that is undocumented has been raped, it is important to know that they will be not be deported and they will not be reported to the officials if they choose to have a body examination done or choose to report their rape/assault. They do not need to go to court, or be present in a trial. They won't have any less resources or any less options than that of a natural born citizen or someone who has been granted citizenship.
