I want to start the description of my project from Inspiration ideas. There are some axamples of shapes and forms. (all photos are secondary sources that I took from 1st link in Google.)
In ths part of my work I want to show you all information about machines, preparation process and my final piece.
SAFETY EQUIPMENT.
All projects are starting from safety equipment, so this photos are showing all items that I used in my work to save my life.
Gloves. Honestly, I am used them only for resin work, but its an important thing in your work suit.
Glasses. You MUST wear glasses if you want to intersect the hard - work. ALSO with foam.
Apron. In this work we need to use colours, any materials, consequently, we can collide with dust.
Mask. For evaporation.
THEORY.
On the lessons we learned any types and classifications of wood, so I felt confidence when I chose my piece of timber.
We had about 6 variations, but my eyes are looked only on the hard wood piece with couple of fissures. These fissures are signed that I will use resin in my work.
I am excited of this idea and took this piece literally straightaway.
So, what did I have:
Piece of hard wood with amazing surface and fissures, that I will perfuse with resin.
Resin’s work is important part of my project. How will I use the resin? Firstly, I prepared the table, when I will work. I add the plastic sheet on the background and take a cup wor mixture of resin and hardener. Proportions are need to be a 1:1, but sometimes, for any purposes, someone can change the quantity of mixing elements. Important thing, that can broke all of your work processes - bubbles, so I spent a lot of attention on air bubbles and returned them.
WORK PROCESS, PRE-PREP.
The first step of practical part is foam form creating, because we need to see a blueprint of the final piece on the physical example, it needs to add remarks and change any parts in time.
By using these tools I made a couple of diagonals with ruler on the foam piece.
I add the point of diagonals intersection on this side of foam.
I used a compass to draw a circle around the intersection point.
I rotate this brick and repeat the process on the opposite site.
Another important advantage is cutting the corners of the foam. By using a rasp, I cut the angles and made my piece more smoothed. It needs to make the turning process easier.
TURNING LATHE.
The files that I used in my work have different tips and are used for different purposes. I have attached a photo with different tools.
PLAN.
This is a plan of doing tourning work on this machine.
1) Stick and fix as firmly as you can piece of foam, between the head stock and tail stock.
2) Fix next to the piece of foam two parts - a rest and inlet, These parts will help you do work more comfortable and clear.
3) Wear your safety equimpent, wich are glasses and apron.
4) Turn on the mahine.
5) Take tools and start to create your own idea.
6) When I finished the facing process, I used the sand paper to polish ir and make the surface better.
7) Make photos and admire.

RESIN WORK.
Now I want to tell you about the resin work process, decause this is an important step of doing my candle holder. As i said yet, I have couple od suffers inside a timber, so let's change the structure of wood together. There are photos, who can show the process.
Whe the safety equipement is impacting? Because resin is hard material with chemicals inside and contact of skin and this mixture can be a very dangerous. On mu try, the resin is goes outside and, as a result, gloves are save me, when I a protection tape over the box boundaries.
In this process I also used the box for wood. In this process, I used green plastic sheets and hot glue-gun. After, I left this construction for the drying process. When it dried, Me and techer are made the resin mixture, after I also add the blue colour inside. When the mixture is ready, I pour out this liquid to form. This solid can be warm, but it caused by the chemical reaction. After all of this machinations, I also let this construction dry.
BANDSAW and BLADE.
On the bandsaw I did the cut work and remove all corners in the piece, consiquently it will be helpful for me when I will start my work with cutter. This process went so slowly, because, as I said yet, this is a piece of hardwood.
So, as a result - I had a cylindic piece of timber. The next step - change the form of this brick. I will use the turning lathe and tools to create a difficult and smoothed bends.
SHAPE & FORM.
I changed volume in any places, because I had a problems with wood structure and splinters.
Next step - I did the ness for a candle on the top of my construction, In this work I am used a wood carving machine with a circle nozzle in top, but I need to consider, that! I had a tiny niche on the top of my construction, so my future candle will be smaller, than other's. (10mm attitude)
RESIN ISSUES.
Unfortunately, I collided any issues with resin - when I was polishing my final piece, it came out and at all, I lose the homogeneous of the composition. For fixing it, I need to repeat the resin adding process and polish it again.
As a result from polishing, I had a piece of wood with smooth, nice surface. After that, I secured the result by using sandpaper for foam.
These two steps are needed to OIL my piece. I am used a Teak oil and rag to make the final wood work amazing. This is a result of oiling.
WOOD RESULT.
I think that's looking really tasty.
MAKING SCONCE.
So, for doing a sconce for my future project, I will use a mettal cutting machine. The type of metal that I will use in my project is Brass, because this metal is easy for work and have a nice surface. You can see a photo of that. I want to start of descriptoin details in machine.
1) This is a wheel that regulating the depth of the cutter
2) This is an "ON/OFF" lever arm. I was working with this item so gentle, brcause this machine has got 2 modes and, of I push it so much more, this machine become broken.
3) This is a second wheel that regulating the side of cutter.
1) This is a piece of Bress, that I will use for my future candle scone.
2) There you can see a sheet of transparent plastic, which one is saving my hands and body, because a spining metal is becaming sooo hot! (and NEVER,NEVER touch it please).
3) adapters.
4) This is a nozzle with blade. In total we have a three variations of this tools in class, which I will change depending on the task.
1) This lever arm is helping to fix the "body" of this construction.
2) This hollow is needs to add a drill inside and fix it.
3) Wheel at the end of construction is regulating the length between a metal and auger.
4) The toothbrush is heeds for remove the Brass trash out of the workspace.
BRASS WORK PROCESS.
All aspects when you are working on the cutting machine are - meassure the depth, length and volume, cut one layer and rule it again.
The first step is - cut the external "side" of a sconce, it needs to be a 46.8 mm.
Second step is making a shape of a future scone and finishing the external part of the metal construction.
After that, I changed a blade and start to do an internal space.
Last part is sanding a scone and polysching the surface.
If machine becomes too hot, I used an WD-40 and lubricate a mechanism.
