On 9-21-21 at approximately 1612 hours, the suspect in the attached photo is observed on surveillance approaching a RSIC Child on the west side of 34 Colony Rd. (Golden Ln.) The suspect tells the child he has candy in his car, and tells the child to follow him. The child is observed backing up quickly and heading to the front of 34 Reservation Rd. where he contacts an adult.
