This is a guide to using the Balance of Care Approach for service planners, providers and commissioners. Measuring the Changing Role of Occupational Therapy Services: A Diary Tool

The material here is a diary tool which may be used in OT settings to measure the distribution of time use across different activities during the working week. In addition to the tool itself a number of examples of diary studies for other groups are provided to give possible comparators of time use in related occupational settings.
