Event Reports

Want to access information about the people booked into your event? The below steps will show you how to access this information in Salesforce.

1 - Login

Open Salesforce and navigate to the event you want to view the report for.

2 - Open the report

From the event page in Salesforce, select the dropdown arrow in the top right corner, and from the dropdown menu, select 'Attendees Report'

3 - Read the report columns

The report will open and you will be able to view attendee and booking information. The column highlighted below in green shows you the ticket that was purchased, and the column in blue shows you the person's RPS member status.

4 - Export the report (optional)

If you wish to export the attendee data shown in this report, you can do so by selecting the dropdown arrow towards the top right of the report page, and selecting 'Export' from the dropdown options.

You can choose from a formatted report or the raw data (the Details option). The Details option also offers different file types, including .xls, .xlsx, and .csv

Once the format is chosen, download your file by clicking 'Export'
