This was my attempt at creating a robot based on my reference. I believe it is a big improvement over my previous attempt with the Taj Mahal, and I think you can see what I was aiming for in the referance  picture. This project helped me gain confidence in using Maya, particularly with using primitive shapes and mastering tools for rotation, scaling, and movement. It also taught me how to manipulate the camera angle using the mouse. If my skills were more developed and enhanced, I would change the materials and colors of the parts to make it resemble the source picture more closely. I would also incorporate more advanced shapes and curves to better capture the likeness of the robot.
