🏠 Conference Housing & Accommodations Info 

We do not offer dedicated conference housing, but we want to help all out-of-town guests find comfortable, affordable places to stay during the event dates (June 4–8).

To make planning easier and more social, we encourage attendees to set up a conference group chat (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger) to coordinate shared housing options, carpooling, or even a communal Airbnb/Vrbo.

Splitting larger rentals can often be cheaper per person than hotel rooms.
