Following church guidelines the official age range for Single Adults is 36-45 years old. We are granted special permission to invite all YSA and SA 31-49 wanting to join us for this extraordinary weekend of events. We acknowledge that this covers a very wide range of ages, and there will be many activities to accommodate this demographic.
We will not offer refunds, but we will allow for ticket transfers. If you have purchased a ticket and can no longer make it to the conference, please make every effort to find a person to buy your ticket from you (try posting on the Regional Facebook Page).
To ensure we uphold the values and standards of the church, attendees of our conference must be legally divorced. This policy helps ensure the integrity of our gathering. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
The Calgary International Airport (YYC) is located NE of the city. It offers easy access to transit, Uber, taxis, and other forms of transportation. Ensuring easy access to accommodations and conference events.
If you have any dietary restrictions, please help us accommodate your needs by notifying us on the Eventbrite registration page under the dietary restriction section. We want to ensure everyone has an enjoyable and comfortable experience!
To ensure smooth access to all events, all registrants must wear their wristbands at all times. Wristbands are required for entry to any event, as they confirm your registration and permit access to the full conference experience. Please note, partial attendance for free/partial cost is not permitted, as the registration fee covers all event expenses. We look forward to welcoming you for the full experience!
We understand that the current economy can make things difficult, and we would never want anyone to miss out on the conference due to cost. We genuinely want as many people as possible to attend and be a part of this experience. If you are unable to afford the registration fee, please first contact your bishop, who will communicate with the conference co-chairs. We’re here to help ensure everyone has the opportunity to participate!
