Let's create an impact together
We are a community-based charity organization focused on the well-being of less fortunate community members such as orphans, unsheltered individuals, and impoverished families. We feed, shelter, and train the most vulnerable community members, empowering them to become self-sufficient community members. We believe that every person deserves a family to belong to, food and clean water, a roof over their head, medical care, and educational opportunities.
We depend on individual donations to do what we do. Your kindness is a game changer in what we do for the poor. Join us in transforming communities and enabling the underprivileged to maximize their potential by making a one-time donation, sponsoring a child, or supporting one of our many causes.
Watch this short video to hear about Ronald's story.
This organization began informally as a student movement in 2016 with a charity feeling for the less fortunate youth & fellow students and the mission was to raise funds to pay tuition fees for the less fortunate students who were signing for dead year and dropping out of school.
The principal vision bearer to this was Mr. Bichekwa Ronald who greatly cultivated this feeling into the hearts of the concerned individuals. Ronald Bichekwa was born and raised in a very humble family of 11, as a young boy growing up suffering, seeing his family and community suffer kept him thinking of what he could ever do to support his people.
Ronald B. is a living testimony of another person’s love, kindness and generosity, he was given a high education opportunity by a gentleman called Charles W. Lilley who was a volunteer of Peace Corps Uganda and later joined Care international Uganda. Lilley offered to support Bichekwa through University where he graduated with a bachelor's degree of business administration majoring in accounting and finance, he also holds a diploma in community planning and development, several certificates in transformative leadership, youth technical training and also an MBA.
Bichekwa is the first graduate in his family & in his village, most of his siblings dropped-out of school due to limited funds to support them and the second in the entire sub-county. Bichekwa joined politics something that his godfather (Lilley) supported and luckily he became the resident campus commissioner a position he held for 2 consecutive terms, Ronald used his passion and popularity to kick start a student movement which later became Ronlilley foundation Uganda a charity foundation with a vision to create self-sustainable individuals with all social amenities of life regardless of their background by giving them stability and access to education.
Public awareness of the charity actions was made. It was led by parents and guardians of the beneficiaries and the local authorities. As it proceeded a need to extend this compassionate feeling to the less fortunate elderly was realized and this gave it more visibility in the community and it has since continued to change lives. The inspiration behind this foundation makes it even more reliable in community transformation. Join this story, let’s change lives now.
