Reach out to trade schools & local universities. Some community colleges and trade schools are often fine with brokerages coming to host a career day or leave marketing materials on their bulletin boards.
Referral program for existing agents. There are incentives available to agents and you can make sure your new agents know of these incentives so they will be enticed to bring their colleagues to your office.
Hosting events. Hosting events and community outreach will help the recruiting process and make your brand more locally well known and will attract local agents.In most industries people get excited about working for a company that they’re familiar with.

Post job ads on Linked In, Indeed, Real Estate Groups and forums.
There are two types of new agents: pre licensed and in-school. Pre Licensed are people who are interested in getting their real estate license in the future.
In-school are people who are currently in real estate school or who have recently graduated and are interviewing brokerages.
Collect pre licensed and in-school leads by placing ads in employment websites like Indeed, Career Builder, and Craigslist. Your ad will read something like:
