Way to go girls! Keep it up! Have a great weekend
Senior Night
This activity is split into 4 volunteer points, but you can sign up for more than one. Senior Night is a special occasion to celebrate both the Royals seniors and those from the away team. Here's a comprehensive plan to ensure everything runs smoothly but we invite you to add your own creative flair! Many of the duties need to be started several weeks prior to Senior Night so please be mindful of timing.

Paper Flower Bouquet and Balloons for Rogers Seniors to present after meet
Before the Meet:
Suggested items:
Purchase/design/decorate a plastic container for each Senior with well wishes from the team (must be plastic, not glass). You can use whatever you would like, but Dollar Tree has been a good place to find the plastic vase in previous years and 3.5 inch flower cutouts by Geyee on Amazon has worked well for petals if you are looking for ideas. Purchase paper flowers, dowels & decorations to make the paper well wishes bouquet. See example.
Decorated plastic container to put paper flower well wishes from the team in (must be plastic, not glass).
Balloons: Purchase a helium ballon (Royals colors) for each Royals senior.
Contact Coordinator and schedule a time after swim/dive practice to have all non-senior swimmers and divers write well wishes to all seniors on the paper flower petals. Make sure to get this done early so you have time to assemble the paper flower bouquet.
Wrap bouquets in cellophane.
