With more than 100 volunteer spots to fill over the course of the season, each family is required to complete a designated number of volunteer shifts. The exact volunteer requirement for families depends on the number of athletes registered for the team. (We usually know the expected volunteer commitment by late August).  We offer a variety of volunteer opportunities to fit different schedules, and you're always welcome to sign up for extra shifts!

Volunteer Point Requirements: For the 2025 season: 

Each family is required to complete 3 Meet Points. 

Each family is required to do 2 Social. 

Senior athlete families are not required to volunteer for the Senior Night Home Meet, but still need 5 total points for the season.

Our swimmers and coaches rely on the support of their families to ensure that the meets run smoothly. While there are minimum volunteer point requirements, we always encourage everyone to step in and help whenever possible to contribute to a successful swim season for our girls! If you weren't able to fulfill your hours, you will have the option to make a financial contribution to support coach gifts.
