After powering on the system, draping the Arms, and deploying for docking, the Patient Cart will be docked. Surgeon controls Patient Cart Arms and EndoWrist Instruments via the Surgeon Console.
You can power on the whole system with pushing the Power Button on the Surgeon Console, or the Vision Cart or, the Patient Cart.
After stowing Arms, you can press the Power Button on any System Components to shut down the system.
Patient Cart Touchpad can be used to adjust the Boom, deploy for draping, deploy for docking, stow draped Arms, if surgery is delayed, and stow Arms after surgery is done.
Press Switches on Patient Cart Handlebars to move the Patient Cart. Release them to stop. Brakes will be activated automatically.
Touchpad: You can adjust the Boom via Patient Cart Touchpad. Alternatively, you can use following Buttons.
Buttons at the Back of Arm 1 and 4: you can rotate the Boom via Buttons located at the back of Arms 1 and 4.
Port Clutch Button: You can raise or lower the Boom via Port Clutch Buttons on any arm. To do so, press one of these Buttons, and then move the arm to its upper or lower limit. If, after 3 seconds, you pull the Arm up or down beyond its limit, it lowers or raises the Boom.
Grab and Move: You can grab and move any undocked Arms. Alternatively, you can use following Buttons.
Port Clutch Button: Press Port Clutch Button to move the Arm horizontally or vertically. You can also rotate the Arm on a horizonal plane.
Instrument Arm Clutch Button: You can change the angle and the direction of the arm with a fixed port site position via Instrument Arm Clutch Button.
Up and Down Buttons: You can Rotate the Arm up and down, with a fixed port site position, using a pair of Buttons on the gray part of each Arm.
Steps:
1- Deploy Arms for draping
2- Drape the Column first
3- Drape Arms next. Make sure to attach Instrument Arm Adaptor, Cannula Mount Adaptor, and the Arm Clip onto corresponding parts
Steps:
1- Push all Arms behind the Green Laser Light
2-Deploy for Docking
3- Dock the Patient Cart
Drape all Arms. Dock all Arms you want to use. Then, stow unused Arm. This includes following steps:
1- Pull back top of the Arm via Instrument Clutch Button
2- Rotate the Arm to face opposite other Arms via Port Clutch Button
3- Lift the Arm via Port Clutch Button
4- Put the Arm out of the way as close to Column as possible via Port Clutch Button
Use Patient Cart Touchpad to:
1- Stow sterile Arms when surgery is delayed
2- Stow Arms when surgery is completed
