We started the Robot Game by analysing the missions, finding potential solutions and finding the optimal path for our solution.
We knew that we wanted to score approximately 7/10 of total points at the Regionals tournament, so we would need to aim for at least 1/10 more at home, and we were also challenged to complete all missions by our coach.
This led Tim to create a mission plan, which was iterated from 6 runs to 5 runs. All runs were then assigned/chosen by team members, with there being duos for each run except for Run 2, which was completed by Tim.
We all coded using Python, running Pybricks to run the robot.
At our Regional tournament, we got scores of 305, 380 and 375, which were enough to win us the Robot Performance Award.
