The Soviet Alliance

The Soviet Alliance was an intergovernmental military alliance between 7 Titanic countries. The organisation implements the Pact of Soviets that was signed on the 14th of April.

The Soviet Alliance constitutes a system of collective security, whereby its independent member states agree to mutual defence in response to an attack by any external party. The Soviet Alliance headquarters was located in Sovietgrad, the Soviet Empire.

Since its founding, the admission of new member states has increased the alliance from the original 3 countries to 7. The last member state to be added to the alliance was the Supreme Ottoman Empire. The combined military spending of all CDTO members constituted a major amount of Titanic spending. Members agreed that their aim was to reach or maintain the target defence spending of at least 10% of their GDP
