Transport and accommodation

The city of El Jadida does not have an airport. But through the Casablanca-El Jadida highway, Mohamed V airport (near Casablanca) is only about 1 hour 15 minutes away by car.

Shuttles, by train and also by taxis, provide the connection from Mohamed V airport to Casablanca. For timetables, please visit the official railway website at  www.oncf.ma 

El Jadida is very well served by trains from Casablanca. There is almost a train every hour (in both directions). Depending on the season, weekends and holidays, the schedules change. The connection, by bus, between El Jadida and Casablanca is well served. There is, practically, a departure every half hour, in both directions, from 4 a.m. to 9 p.m.

The cities of El Jadida and Casablanca are also served by taxis (grand taxis) from 4 am to late hours in the evening. The departure of taxis is not governed by any schedule. The taxi takes to the road as soon as the number of passengers (6 seats) required is reached (you can take it individually by paying the rest ; in the local language, we call that Korsa).
