5- Tazotas

These constructions in dry stones without any mortar exist only in certain parts of Doukkala. The tazotas are often circular in shape and built on one or two floors. They can be used as habitat, loft or stables. Unfortunately, this Doukkali heritage is disappearing and nobody makes it today; concrete has replaced everything. Their origin remains unknown. While some authors claim that they are very old, others, on the contrary, link them to the colonial period (early 20th century).

6- Beaches of El Jadida

The province of El Jadida has more than 150 km of coastline. There are dozens of very good quality beaches. The best known are those of the city of El Jadida (Deauville beach), Haouzia (3 km north of El Jadida), the seaside resort of Sidi Bouzid (10 km south of El Jadida), and Oualidia which extends over more than 15 km.

7- Fahs of Azemmour (or Fahs Lamdjahdine)

An old fort located in the Haouzia, it is a site of great historical importance. Unfortunately, it is completely neglected and even, it was partly destroyed by the El Jadida-Casablanca highway. Indeed, it is from this site that El Moudjahid El Ayyachi organized attacks against the Portuguese of Mazagão, and this from the beginning of the 17th century. Later, in 1769, sultan Sidi Mohammed Ben Abdellah settled there to organize the blockade and attacks against the Portuguese of the Mazagão fortress. This tactic ended up bearing fruit and the city was liberated on March 11 of the same year.
