You’re here because you want to go deep. You want to reconnect with parts of you that are holding onto stories that no longer serve you, and integrate ancestral practices that support your system. You’re ready to go inward while having someone rooting for you, pushing you forward, and helping you set goals step by step. This is the space I hold for you.
You may be noticing...
parts of yourself that feel unseen, unheard, or disconnected. Perhaps there are old stories or patterns that you carry, whispers of beliefs that no longer serve you, or inner voices you haven’t fully met. You might feel a quiet pull to go inward, to listen to your inner wisdom, and to meet the versions of yourself that have been waiting for recognition and care.
You may be drawn to slowing down, sitting with yourself in honesty, and exploring the desires, dreams, and guidance that arise when you give yourself permission to pause. You might feel both curiosity and fear — curiosity about who you truly are, and fear about what you might uncover.
You may be seeking structure and support, a gentle but intentional guide to help you navigate your inner landscape, hold space for the parts that are hurting, and cheer you on as you step toward growth. You may want practical ways to integrate this inner work into your daily life, while honoring your lineage, your body, and the wisdom you carry.
You may be ready to reconnect with yourself, to explore your inner child, and to integrate rituals, reflection, and practices that support the life you are building and the person you are becoming.

Questions & Answers
Q: What happens in a session?
A: Sessions are tailored to your needs. We begin with a check-in, explore your inner world through parts work, inner child practices, or ancestral grounding rituals, and close with clear, actionable steps. Reflection prompts or integration practices may be offered between sessions to help you continue your growth.
Q: Is this therapy?
A: No. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy. If you are in active crisis or need clinical mental health support, I can help connect you with appropriate resources. This work is meant for growth, clarity, and intentional action, not diagnosis or treatment.
Q: How many sessions do I need?
A: For Inner Exploration Coaching, I typically suggest 8–10 sessions. Everyone’s history, needs, and desires are unique, so the work may require fewer or more sessions depending on where you’re coming from and what you want to explore. Our sessions are part of a continuous conversation, as we identify your target zones, areas of focus, and the practices that will best support your growth.
