Astrology is a language, a way to make sense of the patterns, themes, and lived experiences that shape how we see the world. Your birth chart can illuminate the parts of yourself that have guided your choices, shaped your relationships, and influenced the ways you move through life.
Your chart holds important information about your patterns, challenges, and areas of growth. Some of these patterns come from early experiences, some are inherited through your family system, and others reflect parts of you that are still developing, adapting, or seeking support.
Inner world & wounds is a space to explore these layers with care. We look at the emotional and relational imprints you carry and the placements that often highlight areas of sensitivity, such as Chiron, the 8th house, the Moon, Saturn, and Pluto. These placements can show where protective strategies, emotional reactions, and old coping patterns may take shape.
This work is not about labeling or predicting your future. It is about understanding yourself more deeply and creating a clearer map of the areas you may want to focus on in therapy or coaching.
This offering is for people who want to understand their patterns, break cycles, and gain tools for personal growth and insight.
What is included
Every inner world & wounds reading includes a personalized treatment plan, crafted from the themes and wounds in your chart. This plan can be used in therapy, continued in coaching, or integrated at your own pace.
Your plan may include:
key wounds + growth points
protective parts and the stories they may carry
relationship and inner child themes
recommended areas to explore in therapy
coaching goals if we choose to continue working together
grounding practices, journal prompts, or rituals
ways to nurture the younger parts connected to your placements
This is your map. A guide for the healing you’ve always sensed was meant for you.
If we continue together
If you decide to continue working together, we use your birth chart as a guide to focus on your growth areas and patterns. This can include:
+ exploring core wounds and protective strategies

Questions & Answers
Q: Is this therapy?
A: No. This is not therapy!
It is a reflective and insight-focused session that can complement therapy, but it is not a therapeutic service on its own. Many people use what they learn here to deepen work they are already doing with a therapist or to guide future therapeutic exploration.
Q: How is this different from a regular birth chart reading?
A: A regular birth chart reading focuses on general themes, personality patterns, and strengths.
Inner Worlds and Wounds goes deeper into the emotional landscape of your chart. We explore the areas where you may experience sensitivity, conflict, or internal tension, as well as the parts of you that hold resilience, insight, and wisdom.
Q: What makes this offering different from traditional astrology sessions?
A: Inner world & wounds focuses specifically on the emotional and relational layers of your chart. Instead of giving broad traits or surface-level themes, we explore the deeper patterns, internal conflicts, and sensitivities that may influence how you show up in relationships, family dynamics, and moments of stress.
Q: Do I need to know anything about astrology beforehand?
A: No background is needed. I explain everything in accessible language, and you can ask questions at any point. You simply show up with openness and curiosity.
Q: Is this a one-time session or can we continue together?
A: You can choose either. Many people start with one session to gain clarity and move on to therapy or coaching. Others continue working with me in a coaching relationship to explore their chart more deeply and integrate the insights over time.
Q: What do I leave with?
A: You leave with a clear summary of the core wounds, patterns, and growth edges that showed up in your chart. You also receive a gentle, personalized outline of areas you can focus on in your healing work.
This can serve as a treatment plan for our coaching relationship, or you’re welcome to take it with you to your therapist or another practitioner. My hope is that you walk away with clarity, validation, and a deeper understanding of yourself.
