Inside each of us lives the child we once were, carrying memories, longings, and wounds that may still shape how we show up today. Reconnecting with your inner child is a way of offering yourself love, safety, and compassion while creating space for new stories to emerge.
You may find yourself carrying the quiet ache of not feeling “enough” or fully loved. At times, you might feel easily triggered or abandoned in your relationships, longing for the comfort, safety, or guidance that wasn’t always there for you. There may also be a part of you that wants to explore softness and play but isn’t sure how to begin.
This work is about meeting those tender parts of you with care, curiosity, and intention, and slowly creating a foundation where your inner child feels seen, supported, and free to thrive.
You feel stuck in repeating relational or emotional cycles
You long for more self-acceptance and freedom from narratives that you no longer feel connected to
You notice younger versions of yourself showing up in relationships
You want to learn practices that nurture, comfort, and support your system
You are open to reflection, rituals, and intentional growth
Questions & Answers
Q: Do I have to remember my childhood clearly?
A: No, when there are no clear memories or moments recalled we can still use the sensations and feelings presented in your body to hold space for your inner child.
Q: What if it feels too overwhelming?
A: We will always go at your pace. If you need us to slow down you are welcomed to share those needs.
Q: What kind of practices or tools will we use?
A: Our work is tailored to you and your inner child’s needs. We may integrate journaling, reflection prompts, mindfulness exercises, guided meditations, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) practices. Each session is designed to help you connect, explore, and nurture the parts of yourself that are waiting to be seen and supported.
