Today, the chef is offering marinated tuna tartare with aromatic herbs and saffron sauce...oh no, sorry! Wrong place.
Here in the mountains, we go for good, simple food: eggs with speck and potatoes, polenta with melted cheese, and desserts that taste like home.

Here the bar is filled with the scent of the mountains: raise a glass of good of wine, enjoy a cold beer and, in winter, a steaming hot chocolate.
And if you really want to warm up, there is always a good grappa waiting for you!
Our alpine hut can be easily reached by shuttle bus in summer and by an amazing snowmobile ride in winter, but despite this, we would like to remind you that the hut is small and staff numbers are limited. We do our best to welcome and satisfy all our guests, but sometimes it is not possible to meet every request: we therefore ask you to leave your impatience behind in the valley and enjoy every moment of your stay without rushing.
We do not accept reservations for lunch, but we are happy to welcome you subject to availability. There are only a few of us up here and we try to do our best: sometimes you need a little patience, so we ask you to leave your haste behind in the valley and enjoy your time in the mountains.☀️🍺
