This is the Magg. A. Bosi Mountain Hut, located on Monte Piana, a mountain offering a 360° panoramic view of the Dolomites: a landscape that encompasses peaks, valleys and silence. Among these rocks, you can also find traces of the First World War, where Italian and Austrian soldiers fought.
Our refuge is located in Veneto, in the Eastern and Belluno Dolomites. Opening times are seasonal, in summer and in winter. 👉 You can find the opening hours here.

At the moment there isn’t enough snow, so the snowmobile service and sled rental are NOT available. The road is currently easy to walk with winter hiking boots (snowshoes are not needed). We’ve only had a small amount of snow—around 10 cm—and in several sections the asphalt is still visible; for this reason, we kindly recommend not using skis or sleds, both for your safety and to avoid damaging your equipment.
