The scholarship recipient is a well-rounded positive role model in their community.
We understand with this age range, we are celebrating different life phases and paths and we also wanted to recognize specific work that applicants have achieved as well.
Scholarship Recipient: $300 minimum Cash Scholarship, Medallion, and Customized Plaque
This recipient is selected by the Selection Committee who demonstrates being a positive role model in their community. This is based on the application as a whole and letter of recommendation.
The customized plaque will be ordered after results have been revealed. The scholarship amount is updated periodically on the home page, please check back to see the new amount thanks to donors!
Outstanding Achievement: Medallion
This person has achieved a major goal, honor, award, or demonstrates a valuable talent or skill.
Outstanding Leader: Medallion
This person demonstrates their responsibility as a leader and their ability to lead others positively.
Outstanding Professional: Medallion
This person demonstrates a commitment to their profession and has taken steps to better their industry, themselves, and/or their work place, or recognized for their abilities and contributions.
Outstanding Advocate: Medallion
This person demonstrates a commitment to a cause or social issue they are working on in their community, state, and/or country.
Outstanding Student: Medallion
This student demonstrates academic excellence and scholastic ambition. This can include someone working on their GED, High School Diploma or College, Graduate School, Seminary or Vocation/Trade degrees.
Outstanding Recommendation: Medallion
This award goes to the best recommender - The person that writes your letter of recommendation. We know it takes time and energy to write a letter of recommendation and to personalize it!
NEW - Outstanding Athlete
This award goes to a decorated athlete who has shown their commitment, involvement, and achievements in sports!
NEW - Outstanding Service to Country
This award goes to a veteran or AmeriCorps member who has given their life's work to their country through formal service!
