A long-time member of the Google Workspace Referral Programme, Harsh uses online tutorials to educate people about Google Workspace’s benefits and believes the key is to use a highly targeted approach. “It has to be targeted to the right users; you can’t just spread the referral link everywhere,” he says. “Look at which channels are working best for you, and focus on creating content that makes it easier for people to really understand how Google Workspace can benefit them and how they can get started.”
