Luckily it seems the majority of respondents know that we have a FAQ and How To page! It seemed those that weren't aware of the FAQ page are mostly mobile users - we will be trying different things to make sure the FAQ is also easily accessible to them in the future!

When asked about the ease of finding the FAQ the majority of respondents said the FAQ was easy to find. The second largest group said they had never had a reason to use the FAQ and therefor was unsure about the ease of finding it. A response of no and mobile users rounded out the responses.

Again the response seems to be mostly positive for the FAQ page's ease of access. Similar to the previous question, the second most response was from respondents who have never needed to use the FAQ and therefore are unsure of its ease of navigation and use.

- Cleaning Information
- Easy link back to the Subreddit

Responses we received were:
- Organization could be better
- The "Snarky Mods" bullet point needs to be replaced with "Issues will be handled privately"
- Change "Mod Apps" to Moderation Applications.

Looking at the responses there is a lot we agree with! First of all, we have changed the title of the FAQ to "FAQ/How To" hopefully this will help users that are looking for help on getting started and other stitching related questions!
We have also changed the sidebar so one click on "FAQ and How To" Will take you right to it!
We were asked about trying to do something so that the FAQ/How To will be stickied for mobile users - we're going to try a few different things and hopefully something works.
We will be reorganizing some of the stuff in the FAQ/How To and will be taking many of these concerns and wishes into consideration!
Remember the FAQ/How To is a working document! It's always being updated!
