Unit 4: Reflect on Leadership and Collaboration Goals

As this course ends we hope that your leadership and collaboration processes continue with a focus on student learning and forming trusting relationships. Essentially the library curriculum is the school curriculum and it should all connect. It will never look the same in every school and it does take time and persistence.

As educators Shannon McClintock Miller and William Bass state in Leading From the Library (2019), "Leadership is not a destination; you will never "arrive." Enjoy the journey, and be the force for change that is needed in our schools. Embrace that role as a leader from the library."
