Unit 2, Activity 2: Complete Goal Setting

1. First, return to the hack in column E and the goal document linked in column G you worked on in Unit 1, Activity 1. Before you finalize your Final Project hack/goal investigate your school/district initiatives/goals for the 2019-2020 school year. Does your hack/goal support and/or complement what is happening in your school/district? If not, can you edit your hack/goal to make it work together? (Also, as noted earlier, can you use your hack/goal for your PD or a student-related requirement - such as your Student Learning Objective in SD - for the year?) Enter the information about your Final Project hack/goal on page 2 of your Digital Journal.

2. Second, which state (content areas/library/tech) or national standard/s for students and/or librarians support your hack/goal? Identify at least one standard and enter that information on page 2 of your Digital Journal.

3. Lastly, since this course is all about leadership and collaboration, is your hack/goal something you would like to collaborate on with another member of the cohort? Partners will each complete their own Final Project Digital Journal. If you are interested in this possibility, post your request to the Reaching Out Facebook Group. If a partnership is formed, enter the information on page 2 of your Digital Journal.
