Volunteering Isn't Just About Lending a Hand!
Embedded Files
Everything we do is made possible by dedicated volunteers. Whether you work with riders and horses or help behind the scenes, every volunteer plays an important part.
No experience is needed — just a willingness to get involved and make a difference.
How can you help? ⬇️
You can help across all areas of RDA Kendall — from working with horses and riders to assisting with administration, fundraising, promotion, maintenance, feeding, grounds work, events and the many tasks that keep the Centre running.

Why volunteer? ⬇️
Volunteering with RDA Kendall can be rewarding and fulfilling.
It can bring purpose, achievement and personal satisfaction, while offering opportunities to learn new skills, build confidence around horses and meet people.
Most of all, you will know that your time is helping our riders, our horses and our Centre.
───────────────
Horse experience? ⬇️
No horse experience is needed, and not every volunteer role involves working directly with horses.
Training and guidance are provided for whichever role you choose.
For those interested in hands-on horse work, volunteering offers opportunities to maintain existing skills or learn basic horse handling and horsemanship.
