Our Committee works behind the scenes to help keep RDA Kendall running safely, effectively and smoothly.

• Supporting our Coaches and volunteers

• Overseeing administration, Finances and fundraising

• Helping ensure the welfare and care of our horses

• Overseeing governance, compliance and safety

• Planning for the ongoing needs and future of RDA Kendall

Our accredited Coaches plan and lead participant-focused sessions, guide volunteers, oversee arena safety and support the training, care and welfare of our horses.

RDA Kendall is run entirely by volunteers, who give their time, skills and care across many different roles.

Some help directly with participants and horses, while others support the Centre through horse care, maintenance, fundraising, administration, promotion and committee work.

Our horses play an important role at RDA Kendall.

They are carefully chosen for their calm nature, patience and willingness to work with different people and situations.

Each has their own personality and plays an important role alongside our coaches and volunteers, helping create supportive and meaningful experiences for participants.
