Rate My Ditch Support

Welcome to the support site for Rate My Ditch, a humorous map-based review app operated by Alexander Ottolangui, operating under the app studio name Rate My Fav Apps.
Rate My Ditch lets users find, create, rate, review, and share ditch locations on a map. It also includes account, privacy, friends, notification, reporting, blocking, and content-visibility features.
Rate My Ditch is intended for humour and entertainment only. It does not encourage unsafe behaviour, sleeping in ditches, drinking outdoors because of the app, trespassing, entering private or restricted land, or entering dangerous locations.

Rate My Ditch includes in-app reporting for ditch locations, reviews, and users. Reports are reviewed manually. If the in-app reporting feature is unavailable or the issue cannot be identified through the app, you can also report it by emailing ratemyditch@gmail.com.
Users can also block other signed-in users through supported app features. Blocking and reporting are separate actions: blocking helps control your own experience, while reporting asks Rate My Ditch to review content or behaviour.
Rate My Ditch is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency services in your location. In the United Kingdom, call 999 in an emergency.
Ditch locations can be Public or Friends only. Public ditches may be visible to users who can access the app. Friends-only ditches are intended to be accessible only to their creator and accepted friends.
A Friends-only ditch may still be shared using a link, but the link does not make the ditch Public and does not grant access by itself. The recipient must still have permission to view the ditch when the link is opened.
Profiles also have visibility controls, and users can manage friend requests, accepted friendships, blocked users, notification preferences, and optional marketing permissions from supported account settings.
Registered users can delete their account from inside the app by going to Privacy Settings -> Delete Account and following the confirmation steps.
If you no longer have access to the app, use the public Account Deletion Page for instructions on requesting deletion by email. Where possible, contact us from the email address linked to your Rate My Ditch account. We will not ask for your password by email.
