This universe is rather similar to E-RL226, but with one big difference. Many humans of this universe have mutated and evolved strange new abilities. Most of these mutations have been traced back to exposure to different types of radiation. Some of these humans have chosen to use their new abilities for acts against their own kind, often in an effort to put themselves ahead of others in some way. "Money" appears to be an important motivation for all humans. These humans have come to be known as "supervillains," while other humans have chose to oppose them, earning the title of "superhero."
