Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:50 pm - 6:00 pm
Wednesdays from 6:00 am - 7:30 am OR 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Fridays from 6:00 am - 7:30 am

Tues (Sept. 9): Recovery or Workout if you missed Monday & Weightlifting
Wed (Sept. 10): Long Run
Thurs (Sept. 11): Workout
Fri (Sept. 12): Recovery or Workout if you missed Thursday & Drills (Practice today has been moved to 7 am - 9 am and 3:50 pm - 6:00 pm)
Sat (Sept. 13): Workout
Sun (Sept. 14): Recovery Run
September 15th - September 21st
Mon (Sept. 15): Workout & Weightlifting
